  • Within India: Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
  • Please ensure that the delivery information, including your pincode & Phone number, is correct at the time of placing the order. Niftora will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries if inaccurate or incomplete information is provided. In such cases:

    • We shall not be held liable for delayed deliveries or any return and refund claims.
    • Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect information may be charged to the customer

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as holidays, weather conditions, or delays from courier partners.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery progress on the carrier's website.

In some cases, you may not receive a tracking link due to technical reasons. If you haven’t received a tracking link within 4 working days after placing your order, please contact us on WhatsApp for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please note that it is handled by the courier company after dispatch and is no longer within our direct control.

If you receive the wrong product, it may be due to a packaging error. While we do not provide refunds in such cases, we will ensure the correct product is sent to you at no additional cost.
