Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all orders placed on niftora.com ("Website"), owned and operated by CLAZZ LUXURY PRIVATE LIMITED (GSTIN: 09AALCC8850G2Z8), a company registered in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India ("Niftora", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order on the Website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

1.1 Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility. To cancel, email us at niftora05@gmail.com with your Order ID and the subject line "Order Cancellation", or contact us through the support options on our Website. Cancellation requests are processed only during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).

1.2 After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to receive the order, you may refuse to accept delivery. For prepaid orders refused at delivery, the refund will be processed as per Section 3 after the shipment is returned to us and passes our quality inspection, less any applicable shipping charges.

1.3 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as described in Section 1.1. Repeated refusal of COD shipments or fraudulent COD orders may result in the suspension of COD facility for your account or address, at our sole discretion.

2. Order Cancellation by Niftora

We reserve the right to cancel any order, in full or in part, at our sole discretion, in circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or stock errors;
  • Errors in pricing or product information on the Website;
  • Inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable shipping or contact information;
  • Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith transactions;
  • Failure of payment authorisation or verification;
  • Serviceability issues at the delivery PIN code.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method as per the timelines in Section 3. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or phone before or upon cancellation.

3. Refunds

3.1 Timeline: For eligible cancellations of prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated within 48 hours of the cancellation being confirmed. The refunded amount will reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days of initiation, depending on your bank or payment provider. In some cases, banks may take up to 10 business days.

3.2 Mode of Refund: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue cash refunds. COD orders cancelled before dispatch involve no payment and therefore no refund.

3.3 Deductions: Where an order is refused at delivery or returned to origin (RTO) due to customer unavailability or incorrect address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct forward and return shipping charges from the refund amount.

4. Non-Cancellable Situations

The following are not eligible for cancellation or refund under this Policy:

  • Orders already delivered (these are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, subject to hygiene and quality conditions applicable to intimate apparel and shapewear);
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale, where marked as non-cancellable/non-returnable at the time of purchase;
  • Orders where cancellation is requested after dispatch (except by refusal of delivery as per Section 1.2).

5. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If your payment was debited but no order confirmation was received, the amount is typically auto-reversed by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days. If it is not, contact us at niftora05@gmail.com with your transaction reference, and we will assist in resolving it with our payment partner.

6. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, any complaints or grievances regarding cancellations or refunds may be addressed to:

We will acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 30 days of receipt.

7. General

7.1 This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy available on the Website.

7.2 We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on the Website. The Policy in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.

7.3 This Policy is governed by the laws of India, and courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
